Whistleblowing reports

The digital platform allows anyone (employees and collaborators, suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have business relationships with the Company) to report - through a guided online path - relevant illicit conduct pursuant to the Legislative Decree . 231/2001; Violations of the Organization and Management Model adopted by Energy Dome S.P.A.; Violations not yet committed which the reporter reasonably believes could be committed on the basis of concrete elements and of which he became aware in a work context; Conduct aimed at concealing violations (concealment or destruction of evidence relating to the violation).For violations relating to the Code of Ethics, reports must be directed to the Manager Ethics by writing to the following email:ethics@energydome.com.
