Mediobanca Group is committed to ensure that all the business activities are in line with the Group’s strategy and policies and are based on sound and prudent management and encourages the relevant persons to report promptly, even on an anonymous basis, any breach of national or EU regulations that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the Group and of which they became aware of in their work-related context.

In this view and in compliance with external regulations, specific reporting channels are provided and principles, means and measures for managing reports in an appropriate manner are defined, protecting the privacy of individuals involved.
