Whistleblowing reports

The digital platform allows anyone (employees and collaborators, suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have business relations with the Company) to report - by means of an on-line guided path - hypotheses of unlawful conduct or irregularities, violations of rules, violations of Model 231, violations of the Code of Ethics and in any case violations of corporate procedures and provisions in general.
The Company undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and protection of the reporter in good faith against any retaliatory, discriminatory or penalizing action that may result directly or indirectly from the report itself.
