Based on our company's firm commitment to regulatory compliance, we offer this Channel to you. Through this space, you can report any inappropriate conduct that violates or is contrary to current legislation and/or our Code of Conduct, Employee Rights and Harassment Policy, and that you may have detected during your relationship with our company. We want you to feel comfortable contacting us when reporting any of the aforementioned conduct. Therefore, we inform you that the Reporting Channel has been designed so that any informant who wishes to remain anonymous can do so with sufficient guarantees to preserve their identity and ensure the confidentiality of the data mentioned in the information provided. If you wish to file a report anonymously, simply check the anonymous report box on the report form.
Once your communication has been received, receipt will be confirmed within the seven calendar days established by the applicable regulations in force. Likewise, if additional information is needed to carry out the current communication, it will be requested through the internal communication system, guaranteeing, at all times, the confidentiality of the informant and, exclusively, to comply with the corresponding procedures to manage your communication.
Under no circumstances will reprisals be taken against those who file a complaint.
