Reports to the Whistleblowing Committee

The digital platform allows you to report - through a guided online path - two types of violations, directing them to two different bodies:

• Violations of the provisions of the SCAME Code of Ethics (so-called ordinary reports). Reports are managed by the Ethics Committee.
• Violations, including well-founded suspicions, of national and European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity ( so-called reports relating to Legislative Decree 24/2023). The reports are managed by the Whistleblowing Committee.

The Company undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower in good faith against any retaliatory, discriminatory or penalizing action that may derive directly or indirectly from the reporting itself.
