Whistleblowing reports

The digital platform allows employees and collaborators in various capacities (self-employed workers, freelancers, consultants, trainees, shareholders, etc.) to report - through an online guided procedure - illegal conduct constituting one of the predicate offenses of Legislative Decree 231 /2001 or violations of the Company's organization, management and control model or, in some cases, violations of European legislation concerning specific sectors or violations of the Antitrust legislation, all while guaranteeing the whistleblower the protections provided for by law.
