Behaviour in violation of the Organisational Model and/or the Code of Ethics where adopted, acts or behaviour constituting one of the offences provided for in Legislative Decree 231/01, acts or facts that may constitute behaviour that does not comply with the laws and company procedures in force, as well as episodes of harassment, violence, abuse and/or mobbing of which one is a victim and/or of which one has become aware. Reports on circumstances other than those indicated above are not treated as reports, nor are reports based on mere suspicions or rumours. Reports can be made by referring to the Group Company for which the report is made.
Employees and collaborators of Kirey group, suppliers, agents and any other subject who has had or intends to have business relations with Group Companies. The unlawful conduct to be reported must concern situations of which the subject has become aware directly due to the employment relationship, i.e. due to or on the occasion of it.
The reporting must be made in good faith, be detailed, founded and, therefore, based on precise and concordant elements. The report must contain sufficient and detailed information to enable the necessary investigations to be initiated. The report must include a precise description of the fact reported and the subject/s (natural or legal persons) involved; if available, indicate the circumstances in which the fact became known and any other subjects who can report on the fact. The platform guides the user to a compilation that is as detailed and precise as possible.
Kirey Group examines all reports received treating them in a strictly confidential manner and undertakes to guarantee maximum confidentiality on subjects and on the facts reported, as well as on the identity of the whistleblower. Anonymous reports will be subject to evaluation without prejudice to the difficulty or impossibility of contacting, where necessary, the anonymous whistleblower to ask for his collaboration and to obtain further information necessary for verifying the facts reported. If, also in relation to anonymous reports, the whistleblower provides information containing identification data, the latter will be managed with the necessary confidentiality.
The specially designated personnel examined preliminarily the reports received and put in place all the necessary activities to ascertain the validity (or otherwise) of the same. The facts and information contained in the reports are then carefully verified and, on the basis of the findings and findings that emerge, the most appropriate prevention, mitigation or sanctioning measures are adopted. Report management times comply with applicable regulations on the matter.
