Reports can be submitted on:

• any relevant illegal conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, based on precise and concordant factual elements;

• violations of the Model, or of the procedures related to it, violations of policies, procedures and corporate provisions and conduct that differs from the ethical principles to which La Lucentezza S.r.l. is inspired.

Situations not pertaining to the aspects described above cannot be the subject of whistleblowing reports.
The reports must contain, as far as permitted by the present case,a clear and comprehensive description of what was found: the name of the author of the alleged violation or anything else that helps to identify him; the relevant circumstances of place and time; any other subjects who can report on the matter; documents or other supporting elements. In any case, the whistleblower must limit himself to an objective description of the facts reported, avoiding expressing personal opinions, using abusive and offensive expressions and reporting aspects of the private life of others, without any connection with the activity of La Lucentezza S.r.l.

Employees and collaborators of La Lucentezza S.r.l., customers, suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have business relations with the Company.
The reports must concern situations, facts, circumstances of which the subject has become aware due to the employment and/or collaboration relationship, even if learned randomly.

Reports can be made, at the discretion of the whistleblower, by disclosing personal details or anonymously.
However, anonymous reports will be taken into consideration only if adequately detailed with all the information elements useful for verifying them, regardless of the knowledge of the whistleblower.
Any report, provided that it is made in good faith and in detail, will be treated in a strictly confidential manner and will not expose the whistleblower to any retaliatory, discriminatory action or prejudicial consequence.

The Supervisory Body examines the reports received by carrying out, where the conditions are met (i.e. in the presence of detailed and good faith reports), an investigation with methods that guarantee the appropriate confidentiality of the reporting party.
The SB can also summon and hear the author of the report and the person to whom the possible violation of the Model is attributed, and anyone else it deems able to report useful circumstances on the reported facts.
The facts and the information reported in the reports is then carefully verified and, on the basis of the findings and findings that emerge, the most appropriate prevention, mitigation or sanctioning measures are adopted.
